Although I haven’t started going to the office on weekends this year as I’d always done, I am finally getting back into the scheme of things at work. Hectic as work may be I cannot imagine not having my job right now in my life.
Asides the fact it keeps me so busy that I can afford not to be saddened by the cruel occurrences in this cold world, having my job gives me the satisfaction that I add value somewhere and to people.
I have a 9 to 5 job but a lot of ladies on their grind do various other stuff other than being employed by someone. These are tough women who aren’t cut out for working on a constant similar routine for such a long time.
Our lady this week is a business woman who buys and sells female apparel from Dubai and London mostly and has her clients in Nigeria and a couple other African countries. We followed her to South Africa last week where she spent about 2 weeks…from visiting her clients, doing some paper work and even relaxing and were able to get a 6-day feature.
