Foods That Could Make You Taste Delicious

This is such a random post that I thought may come in handy for my girl readers. Did a bit of research on the topic and below are my findings. 

The vagina/box/lady bit (or whatever its termed these days) is sensitive and delicate, and any kind of nice-smelling douche, spray, or wipe can easily upset your pH balance, leading to an infection, which leads to a far worse smell than the one down there on a regular basis. Your best bet is showering regularly, no lies!

Apparently, there are 4 categories of vagina tastes; metallic, spicy, bitter or sweet. The taste of your vagina it’s directly related to your natural body chemistry and DIET!

As mentioned these are some foods that might help your coochie smell and taste way fresh and sweet 😋.

1. Pineapple 🍍

I’d you’ve ever heard anything about this topic, this is the first fruit people mention. Healthy and happy vaginas have a naturally acidic pH. Pineapple is one of the better food choices for a sweeter taste down there because it helps balance the pH levels, adding extra sweetness.

2. Kiwi 🥝 (guava, green peppers & oranges 🍊)
Packed with lots of vitamin C, kiwi is a body purifier that helps fight off any infections that can make for better tasting lady parts.

3. Yogurt 🍦

It has the same good bacteria your vadge needs to maintain its healthy pH levels. Look for yogurt with live and active cultures/probiotics. (BTW, other sources of probiotics work too, including pickles, kimchi, miso, kefir, sauerkraut, and kombucha tea.). Eating just a half cup once a day helps keep that bacteria in check and neutralizes any acidic taste.

4. Green tea ☕️
Packed with anti-oxidants that fight bacteria growth.

5. Cranberries or cranberry  juice

Cranberries keep pH levels balanced, which can prevent levels from going haywire and causing a funky flavor. Cranberries have been known to improve both the flavor and the smell of discharge, but make sure you’re choose a natural, cranberry juice to get the benefits.

6. Sweet potatoes 🍠
The vitamin A found in sweet potatoes helps strengthen vaginal walls and regulates hormones that keep you energized.

7. Celery
Since celery is high in water and vitamin C, it can help to reduce any bitterness currently going on in your nether regions. Vitamin C also also helps restore the balance of healthy vaginal bacteria. In addition, celery contains high levels of chlorophyll, which can make for a mild taste.

8. Water 💦 

While not technically a food, water is the key to hydrating our bodies, including our vaginas. Drinking a lot of water throughout the day flushes out toxins like bad smells and tastes.

On the other hand, from my research, some foods that smell strong and cause bad breath  make your vagina smell badly. Foods such as:
Onions, Asparagus, Seafood, Spices like Garlic and Curry, Cofee, Red Meat and Dairy products.

Garlic though is known to be antimicrobial and they say eating it raw can help fight yeast infections.
