For Valentines Day this year, I had a romantic home-cooked meal with the partner and took a 1 night spa break to LIFEHOUSE with my girl friend, Uju who was visiting as always from Lagos Nigeria.
We opted for the Love Life Spa Break as it was the termed ‘the perfect way to enjoy with a loved one or friend’. With an arrival of 10am, a check in at 2pm, check out at 12pm the next day and all access till departure at 6pm this is what it included;
Arrive on resort from 10am on day of arrival where you can enjoy full access to our spa facilities, gym, gardens, bar & restaurant until your room check in time
We had to use an Uber as it was a weekend when those Liverpool Street Station and Stratford trains have huge delays.
Check in to you room at 2pm
We got there at 12, checked in at the Fe you in and then got changed in our robes and slippers. We could have used the pool or sauna but opted to see our surrounding and then chill at the bar.
1 night in a contemporary double or twin room
Full English or Healthy Breakfast
3 course dinner in The Lifehouse Restaurant
We shot content for a project I was working on

– 25 min Lifehouse Signature Mini Facial

We opted for the massage. This was so deep and we both felt supercharged afterwards.
Full use of spa facilities, gym & gardens through out your stay.
Free access to our daily selection of spa, wellness & fitness talks and workshops – view timetable below.
Check out of your bedroom at 12 noon

We had dinner, we had to dress up for this. We could have other meals in our robes but not dinner.
The food here was totally amazing. Breakfast was full, hot, meaty and lush and also had healthy options.
Lunch was a yummy buffet with the juiciest salmon ever.
Dinner was three course and extremely delightful.
We had afternoon tea on the Sunday of our departure. We had to book another taxi from Classic Cars in Clacton-on-Sea as the resort only offered a £5 bus ride to the station.
I would recommend this stay as it was major relaxing and such a good way to spend quality time with your friend it partner.
You are also able to use ALL the facilities there.
